Thank you to all of the Saint Andrews Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of Metropolitan Washington DC members and United Help Ukraine volunteers who helped us load all of the candy to be shipped to Ukraine!

In an initiative with Saint Andrews Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of Metropolitan Washington DC, we collected leftover Halloween candy to send to the children of Ukraine just in time for the holidays.

Last June, we witnessed one of the most significant ecological disasters of the 21st century when Russian forces destroyed the Nova Kakhovka dam. Your support allowed us to provide urgent aid to Kherson Oblast residents, but the need persists. [Video]

United Help Ukraine is assisting the residents of Sakhnovshina, a small settlement in Kharkiv Oblast not far from the frontlines, to build a House of Kindness. [Video]

Safe water and essential supplies— these are the very basic things families in Ukraine need. Clean water is a source of hope, health, and resilience, and it is a fundamental right that many in Ukraine are still striving to secure. With your continuous pledge, we make sure Ukrainian families have everything they need to not just survive, but truly thrive.

Help us build the “House of Kindness”, a transformative community center designed to provide resources for families to heal and grow. This colorful bright hub will have areas of learning and play for children, while parents can also receive support and learn new skills.
