Prosthetics and Rehabilitation for Ukraine’s Hero Dmytro

We’re honored to introduce Dmytro Bykhovchenko, our 29th Wounded Warrior. Before joining the army, Dmytro was a barista with dreams of opening his own café. However, as the war escalated, he felt a strong calling to defend Ukraine’s freedom and made the brave decision to join the volunteer army. In a harrowing encounter, a Russian drone strike left him critically injured, resulting in the loss of both his legs. Despite facing little hope of survival, Dmytro’s fighting spirit prevailed.
With the help of United Help Ukraine and our partner, the Protez Foundation, Dmytro will receive the necessary prosthetics, medical care, and rehabilitation in the USA.
Join us in raising $50,000 to support his journey towards independence and a brighter future.
