In NYC, we honored:
Allan Mestel: Renowned photojournalist who documented the war’s devastation in Ukraine.
Anna Zaiachkivska: Miss Ukraine 2013, humanitarian, and artist.
Razom for Ukraine, presented to cofounder Maria Soroka, for their unwavering partnership in supporting Ukraine’s people and defenders.
In DC, we recognized:
Ambassador Oksana Markarova: Ukraine’s Ambassador to the U.S.
Congressman Jamie Raskin: A strong advocate for Ukraine’s sovereignty and freedom.
Mitzi Perdue: Journalist and passionate supporter of Ukraine’s fight for democracy.
Dr. Yuri Deychakiwsky: Bethesda cardiologist and longtime supporter of Ukrainian causes.
