Day 2 of the Ukraine Action Summit

Another day of advocacy in the books!
We wrapped up day 2 of the Ukraine Action Summit, and we thank everyone who joined us!
We began the day with an interfaith Event with leaders of Ukraine’s religious faiths to showcase the diverse religious landscape and hold a prayer for a free, independent, Ukraine. This was followed by remarks from Her Excellency, Ambassador of Ukraine to the US, Oksana Markarova.
The day continued with a virtual address from Pavlo Grod, President of the Ukrainian World Congress, a lecture on 501c3’s in an election year, policy briefings, advocacy training, and the panel “Advocating for the Vulnerable” to prepare for the next two days of advocacy on the hill. We then concluded with remarks from former Congressman Thomas Malinowski.
We thank everyone who joined us for a successful day 2, and we look forward to the next two days of meetings on the hill with our representatives.
It is more important than ever to advocate for Ukraine.
