Last month, the Ukrainian band Antytila / Антитіла brought their powerful “Culture vs. War” project to the U.S., shedding light on the early days of the full-scale invasion.
The film captured raw emotions and personal stories of band members—Taras Topolia, Serhiy Vusyk, and Dmytro Zholud—who have been serving as frontline paramedics. United Help Ukraine was proud to host this impactful event in Washington, DC, as part of the Ukraine Action Summit by American Coalition for Ukraine.
With a packed audience, the evening featured a moving Q&A with the band, an auction of rare wartime artifacts, and a special live performance of Antytila’s most beloved songs.
Thanks to your generosity, we raised over $27,000 at the event in DC adding to the total of $232k raised on tour, which will now be used to purchase an evacuation boat for Ukraine’s defenders. Together, we are making a difference—thank you for standing with United Help Ukraine and Antytila to help people and save lives!
