Mark Ukrainian Independence Day with United Help Ukraine by joining the Vyshyvanka Run in Washington DC!

Date: August 24, 2024
Time: 8:00-9:00 AM – Registration and opportunity to mingle with other participants. 9:00 AM – Run begins
Meeting Point: Francis Scott Key Park in the Georgetown neighborhood, behind the Ukrainian Embassy.

There will be both 1km and 5km routes for walking and running. The specific route will be shared closer to the event.

Everyone is welcome to join us: runners, walkers, kids, and adults!

For many years, Henrikh Karpynskyi and the Washington DC Ukrainian community have organized this event, and our team is excited to collaborate with the rest of the community for this year’s run.

Come dressed in your favorite embroidered shirts, or pick up one of our specially designed T-shirts featuring Ukrainian embroidered patterns. Available in both short sleeve and long sleeve options, these T-shirts are priced at $25, with all proceeds directly supporting United Help Ukraine’s programs in Ukraine.
