Every second matters in an emergency, and every skill learned has the potential to save a life.
Twenty-two cadets at the Lviv State University of Life Safety recently completed tactical medicine training through the International Center for Tactical Medicine (ICTM) of United Help Ukraine. Through the internationally recognized All Service Members (ASM) program, these future first responders gained the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to respond confidently in high-risk situations.
As Ukraine continues to face the realities of war, investing in the next generation of first responders is an investment in stronger communities, more resilient emergency services, and more lives saved.
Together, we are preparing those who will answer the call when it matters most.
