Since October 10th, Russian missile strikes have been targeting critical infrastructure in Ukraine creating power outages, connectivity loss, and disruption of water supply. Amid the freezing temperatures, hundreds of thousands of civilians are struggling to stay warm during this winter. Hospitals and other facilities serving critical community needs are left without the means to carry out their essential functions.
