Upon arrival to Bakhmut, Ukrainian volunteers learned that local hospitals No.1 and 2 were planned to be shut down in the near future as stipulated by the medical reform that would move operations to the newly rebuilt Central Regional Hospital. Bakhmut is a city of more than a hundred thousand, as counted before the war; during the war, it accepted nearly as many people who fled from the war zone. The doctors are in dismay as they fear that this move would lead to long lines and the loss of jobs.
The medicine was delivered by volunteers to military doctors in the Central Regional Hospital. The doctors are thankful for this help as it is really needed there.
