Wounded soldier Serhiy Khrushch received urgently needed medication

Earlier this month, United Help Ukraine received an urgent request for help. Wounded soldier Serhiy Khrushch who suffered amnesia caused by a heavy contusion during a combat operation in October 2014, after over a year of medical treatment and rehabilitation has been struck by a new ordeal. He was diagnosed with hepatitis and urgently needed an expensive medication. United Help Ukraine paid $1,100 for the course of medication to treat hepatitis.

UHU was able to act fast by using funds from UHU’s Wounded Warrior Fund that was created for urgent requests like this one.
